L\u2019enclume en acier coul\u00e9 (100 mm de diam\u00e8tre x 70 mm de hauteur) est viss\u00e9e sur un bloc d\u2019embase en acier (230 mm de longueur x 250 mm de largeur x 200 mm de hauteur) avec une embase (450 mm de longueur \u00d7 450 mm de largeur \u00d7 60 mm de hauteur). Une colonne, qui consiste en un tube d\u2019acier \u00e9tir\u00e9 sans soudure, est fix\u00e9e dans un support viss\u00e9 au dos du bloc d\u2019acier. Quatre vis ancrent le mouton de choc dans un bloc de b\u00e9ton (60 cm \u00d7 60 cm) de telle sorte que les guides soient absolument positionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la verticale et que la chute de la masse de chute ne soit pas entrav\u00e9e. Des masses de chute de par ex. 5 \u00e0 10 kg, en acier tremp\u00e9, sont disponibles.
