Substances explosives :<\/p>\n<p>a) substances et m\u00e9langes de substances solides ou liquides, qui,<\/p>\n<p>aa) du fait d\u2019une stimulation ordinaire d\u2019ordre thermique, m\u00e9canique ou<br \/>\nautre, peuvent \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 exploser, et<\/p>\n<p>bb) lors de la r\u00e9alisation de la m\u00e9thode d\u2019essai selon l\u2019annexe \u201epartie A.14\u201c du r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 440\/2008 de la Commission du 30 mai 2008 en vue de d\u00e9terminer les m\u00e9thodes d\u2019essais conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement (CE) n\u00b0 1907\/2006 du Parlement Europ\u00e9en et du Conseil concernant l\u2019enregistrement, l\u2019\u00e9valuation et l\u2019autorisation des substances chimiques, ainsi que les restrictions applicables \u00e0 ces substances (REACH) (J.O. L 142 du 31.5.2008, page 1), qui en dernier lieu a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 par le r\u00e8glement (CE) 2016\/266 (J.O. L 54 du 1\/3\/2016, page 1), ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prouv\u00e9es \u00eatre explosives dans leur derni\u00e8re version publi\u00e9e au Journal officiel d\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne,<\/p>\n<h3>Essai conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement CE A.14. (R\u00e8glement (CE) N\u00b0 440\/2008 &#8211; Annexe \u00ab\u00a0Partie A : M\u00e9thodes permettant de d\u00e9terminer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s physico-chimiques, A.14. Danger d\u2019explosion)<\/h3>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode comprend trois parties<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">a) un essai de sensibilit\u00e9 thermique <a href=\"\/fr\/prestations\/classification-des-substances\/sensibilite-thermique-onu-serie-1-serie-2-epreuve-1-b-epreuve-2-b-epreuve-de-koenen\/\">\u2192 voir plus<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">b) un essai de sensibilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique en cas de sollicitation par choc <a href=\"\/fr\/prestations\/classification-des-substances\/sensibilite-mecanique-choc-onu-serie-3-epreuve-a-ii-mouton-de-choc\/\">\u2192 voir plus<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">c) un essai de sensibilit\u00e9 m\u00e9canique en cas de sollicitation par friction <a href=\"\/fr\/prestations\/classification-des-substances\/sensibilite-mecanique-friction-onu-serie-3-epreuve-3-b-i-epreuve-de-frottement-bam\/\">\u2192 voir plus<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>La m\u00e9thode fournit des donn\u00e9es qui permettent d\u2018\u00e9valuer la probabilit\u00e9 d\u2019amorcer une explosion par certaines stimulations ordinaires.
