LORS DU TRANSPORT PNEUMATIQUE OU M\u00caME POUR DE SIMPLES PROCESSUS DE TRANSVASEMENT, LES POUDRES PEUVENT SE CHARGER \u00c9LECTROSTATIQUEMENT.<\/h2>\n<p>Ceci peut provoquer des d\u00e9charges dangereuses, notamment sous forme de d\u00e9charges de c\u00f4nes. Ces d\u00e9charges de c\u00f4nes ne peuvent cependant se former que si la poussi\u00e8re ou la poudre est isolante d\u2019un point de vue \u00e9lectrostatique. Si la r\u00e9sistance interne sp\u00e9cifique de la poudre est n\u00e9anmoins &lt;\u00a010<sup>10\u00a0<\/sup>\u03a9m, des d\u00e9charges de c\u00f4nes peuvent \u00eatre exclues.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9termination de la r\u00e9sistance interne sp\u00e9cifique de la poudre permet de d\u00e9terminer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectrostatiques de la poudre et ainsi de d\u00e9finir et de prendre les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 adapt\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>La d\u00e9termination de la r\u00e9sistance interne sp\u00e9cifique de la poudre en vrac s\u2019effectue conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN EN 60079-32-2 (d\u00e9cembre 2015) \u2013 Dangers \u00e9lectrostatiques \u2013 \u00c9preuve utilisant un Tera-Ohmm\u00e8tre T03 au moyen d\u2019une \u00e9lectrode sp\u00e9cifique aux poudres. Pour la mesure de la r\u00e9sistance interne, l\u2019\u00e9chantillon est introduit dans une cellule de mesure pour poudre. Cette cellule de mesure comprend deux \u00e9lectrodes m\u00e9talliques conductrices, oppos\u00e9es l\u2019une \u00e0 l\u2019autre et \u00e9cart\u00e9es de 10 mm et encastr\u00e9es dans un corps en t\u00e9flon. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon est plac\u00e9 entre les \u00e9lectrodes m\u00e9talliques et nivel\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une spatule.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8690\" src=\"https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/leitfaehigkeit-von-pulvern-SWF0135.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"705\" height=\"471\" \/><\/p>\n<p>On obture ensuite l\u2019\u00e9lectrode poudre avec un couvercle pour proc\u00e9der \u00e0 la mesure. On d\u00e9termine la densit\u00e9 en vrac \u00e0 partir du volume limit\u00e9 par l\u2019espace interm\u00e9diaire entre les \u00e9lectrodes et la masse de l\u2019\u00e9chantillon. La tension de mesure peut alors \u00eatre par ex. de 100 V ou 500 V en fonction de la r\u00e9sistance sp\u00e9cifique. La r\u00e9sistance interne de la substance en vrac est ainsi mesur\u00e9e, tandis que sont \u00e9galement relev\u00e9es la temp\u00e9rature et l\u2019hygrom\u00e9trie de l\u2019air.<\/p>\n<p>En tenant compte du volume de la cellule de mesure (hauteur, longueur, \u00e9cartement entre les \u00e9lectrodes), on obtient la r\u00e9sistance interne sp\u00e9cifique de la poudre.<\/p>\n<p>On classifie une substance ou un mat\u00e9riau en fonction de sa r\u00e9sistance interne sp\u00e9cifique \u03c1 conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation TRGS 727 comme suit\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>Conductible :\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u03c1 \u2264 10<sup>4<\/sup>\u00a0\u03a9m<\/p>\n<p>Antistatique :\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 10<sup>4<\/sup> \u03a9m &lt;
