Cela peut provoquer des d\u00e9charges en aigrette ou des d\u00e9charges glissantes de surface.<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019utilisation d\u2018objets ou d\u2018\u00e9quipements isolants n\u2019est autoris\u00e9e en zones \u00e0 atmosph\u00e8re explosive dans la zone 0, la zone 1 ou la zone 2 que si l\u2019on \u00e9carte les charges dangereuses. (TRGS 727, chapitre 3.2)<\/p>\n<p>Outre la limitation de surface de tels objets isolants, on peut \u00e9galement prouver que l\u2019objet isolant ne peut pas \u00eatre charg\u00e9 dangereusement ou qu\u2019il ne pourra pas se produire de d\u00e9charge \u00e9lectrostatique critique. Il est possible d\u2019en apporter la preuve, par ex. exp\u00e9rimentalement, par la d\u00e9termination du transfert de charge.<\/p>\n<p>La mesure de transfert de charge est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la norme DIN EN 60079-32-2 \u00a0-Danger \u00e9lectrostatique \u2013 Essais.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-8735\" src=\"https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/ladungstransfermessung-SWF0092.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"705\" height=\"471\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Pour d\u00e9terminer la charge transmissible, on place l\u2019objet isolant sur une plaque m\u00e9tallique mise \u00e0 la terre. Ensuite, on charge l\u2019objet aussi bien avec une \u00e9lectrode aiguille qu\u2019avec une \u00e9lectrode en tapis de fakir (\u00e0 quatre aiguilles) avec par exemple 40 kV et 60 kV (dur\u00e9e de la charge 15-60 secondes).<\/p>\n<p>Pour engendrer la charge, on utilise un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur de haute tension HS 70kV (n\u00e9gatif). Ensuite on v\u00e9rifie quelle charge il est possible d\u2019extraire de l\u2019objet ainsi charg\u00e9. La charge transmissible est mesur\u00e9e au moyen d\u2019un coulombm\u00e8tre manuel HMG 11\/02 (plage de mesure 5 \u2013 200 nC). De mani\u00e8re \u00e0 prendre en compte la pr\u00e9cision (r\u00e9p\u00e9tabilit\u00e9 et reproductibilit\u00e9) de la m\u00e9thode de mesure, il faut r\u00e9aliser au moins 10 essais individuels. Le r\u00e9sultat avec le plus grand transfert de charge sert \u00e0 la classification et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment test\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la r\u00e9glementation TRGS 727, la charge transf\u00e9r\u00e9e par un objet dans les zones 1 et 2 ne doit pas d\u00e9passer les valeurs suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIA : 60 nC,<\/li>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIB : 25 nC,<\/li>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIC : 10 nC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En zone 0, les valeurs suivantes ne doivent pas \u00eatre d\u00e9pass\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIA : 25 nC,<\/li>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIB : 10 nC,<\/li>\n<li>pour le groupe d\u2019explosion IIC : aucune d\u00e9charge ne doit \u00eatre d\u00e9tectable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner rt_row_style=\u00a0\u00bbglobal-style\u00a0\u00bb rt_bg_custom_alignment=\u00a0\u00bbtop\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_inner width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/2&Prime;
