Test tempo\/pressione (Time-Pressure-Test): ONU serie 1 \/ serie 2, test 1 (c) (i) e 2 (c) (i)<\/h1>\n

Il test tempo\/pressione (Time-Pressure-Test) indica la velocit\u00e0 di rilascio del gas dopo l’accensione della sostanza sotto confinamento e se la pressione che ne risulta provoca una deflagrazione esplosiva.<\/h2>\n

L’apparecchiatura di prova \u00e8 costituita da un piccolo autoclave cilindrico di circa 17 ml, riempito con 5 g di sostanza da esaminare. Sull’estremit\u00e0 inferiore del vano interno si trova il sistema di accensione, composto da una testina elettrica e un pezzo di stoffa quadrato di 13 mm x 13 mm \u201cprimed cambric\u201d (tessuto di lino rivestito su entrambi i lati da un prodotto pirotecnico di nitrato di potassio\/silicio\/polvere nera senza zolfo).<\/p>\n

Nel caso di campioni liquidi, il \u201cprimed cambric\u201d \u00e8 avvolto e sigillato in una pellicola di plastica, di modo che il \u201cprimed cambric\u201d non entri in contatto con la sostanza liquida.<\/p>\n

Il serbatoio viene chiuso con un raccordo contenente un disco di rottura in alluminio dello spessore di 0,2 mm, con una pressione di intervento di circa 25 bar. L’accensione viene attivata e la curva pressione\/tempo registrata. Il test \u00e8 descritto anche come test ONU 1 (c) (i) e 2 (c) (i).<\/p>\n

Per la valutazione viene considerato il lasso di tempo in cui la pressione aumenta da 690 kPa a 2070 kPa (vedi tabella).<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
