L&#8217;apparecchiatura di prova utilizzata \u00e8 illustrata nella <strong>Figura 1<\/strong>. Per eseguire la prova, vengono versati nel cilindro di vetro (\u00d8 = 88\u00a0mm; H\u00a0=\u00a0320\u00a0mm) ca. 120\u00a0\u2013\u00a0140\u00a0g di prodotto. Il cilindro di vetro viene temperato da un doppio involucro mediante un termostato del tipo Ministat 230 della ditta Huber.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8873 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bestimmung-des-unteren-Explosionspunktes-hochgerechnet.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"540\" srcset=\"https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bestimmung-des-unteren-Explosionspunktes-hochgerechnet.png 1000w, https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bestimmung-des-unteren-Explosionspunktes-hochgerechnet-350x189.png 350w, https:\/\/consilab.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Bestimmung-des-unteren-Explosionspunktes-hochgerechnet-768x415.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Vengono registrate le temperature del campione e della fase gassosa sovrastante. Il campione \u00e8 conservato per almeno 0,5 ore, in modo da consentire un tempo sufficiente per trovare l\u2019equilibrio. Dopo il tempo di stabilizzazione della temperatura, si controlla con una scintilla (energia &gt; 1 J) se l&#8217;atmosfera gassosa pu\u00f2 infiammarsi al di sopra del campione.<\/p>\n<p>La pressione atmosferica viene registrata durante la misurazione.<\/p>\n<p>La temperatura massima, alla quale non si verifica un\u2019accensione, \u00e8 indicata come \u201cpunto di esplosione inferiore alla pressione atmosferica presente&#8221; PEI<sub>0<\/sub> e deve essere convertita in pressione standard (1013 hPa), con la pressione dell\u2019aria presente al momento della misurazione, secondo la seguente formula di correzione:<\/p>\n<p>PEI = PEI<sub>0<\/sub> + 0,025 \u2022 (1013 \u2013 p);<br \/>\ncon PEI = punto di esplosione inferiore corretto in \u00b0C;
